Welcome to Hanabi Ramen, where we proudly serve authentic Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, just like the ones we make in my hometown of Fukuoka, Japan.

We invite you to come and experience the delicious flavors of Hanabi Ramen for yourself. Whether you are a fan of traditional Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a satisfying meal, we are confident that you will find something to love on our menu.

Our Food

The soup base is made from boiling pork bones, or tonkotsu, and a variety of vegetables for hours and hours until it becomes a rich, savory and milky broth.


Our noodles are thin, specially made for us and shipped fresh from California. The ramen is served with chashu pork––tender melt-in-your-mouth braised pork––green onions, pickled ginger, and kikurage (wood ear) mushrooms. Other condiments can be added as desired. A seasoned soft-boiled egg typically is part of the dish as well.


An additional order of noodles (kaedama) can be ordered so that your noodles are always perfectly al dente.





We are dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Fukuoka to our customers. We use only the finest ingredients, and our skilled chefs prepare each dish with care and attention to detail.
